Brazilian ace Lucas Lima has revealed that he would like to play for the Blues
The 25-year-old star looks set to leave his current club Santos this summer having already made it very public his that he would rather represent a top tier European club.
And he has now included Chelsea in his shortlist of clubs he would like to play for next season.
Lima told Globo Esporte: “I don’t want to leave for any club, I want to play for a big team from Europe. There are many… Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Chelsea.
The midfielder had also recently revealed he rejected a massive -money move over to the Chinese Super League in January to try and fulfill his dreams.
“It was a lot of money,” he said. “If I speak about it, everyone will call me crazy. I turned down almost €1 million (£770,000) per month.
“I spoke to my father, with all my family. My father always says that money is not everything in life, that it is also important to be happy.
“I won’t say that I do not want money or to become rich, because I’d be lying, but the choices I make are for about finding happiness, which will be found through playing football and living the dream of playing for the national team and in Europe.”
