Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke is currently undergoing a medical at Liverpool.
There have been countless reports in the last 24 hours stating that the deal is all but completed after the Merseyside club agreed to activate the 24-yeear-old’s £32.5million release clause.
The deal could be finalised tonight after a source close to Anfield told talkSPORT that the Belgium international arrived at the club’s training ground for his medical earlier today.

Villa are being raided by big clubs this summer as they also are on the verge of losing midfielder Fabian Delph, with the England international having a medical at the Etihad Stadium today.
