He’s Back!
Blues legend Michael Essien is keeping his fitness up by training with his old club Chelsea at their Cobham training base.
Since being released by Greek club Panathinaikos in the summer, The Ghanian midfielder has been without a club.
The 33-year-old is refusing to retire from Football and wants to find a new club by proving he is still fit.
Essien had nine year stint at Stamford Bridge from 2005 to 2014 and Chelsea Football Club have granted the midfielder permission to use the club’s facilities.
And the veteran midfielder took to Instagram today to share a message to his 490,000 followers with a caption: ‘Lets goooo’.
