Defender pictured in training today, but hasn’t travelled
Chelsea have been dealt a huge blow ahead of their Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain as John Terry has not travelled with them.
The centre-back was substituted in the first-half against Newcastle United on Saturday after appearing to hurt his leg during a collision with Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Terry hobbled off and after the game Guus Hiddink confirmed that the PSG game may come too quickly for the skipper.
However, the centre-back was pictured today taking part in first-team training, but it has since been revealed that he hasn’t travelled with the squad, meaning Hiddink‘s options at the back are very limited.
With Kurt Zouma out for the remainder of the season, it leaves the Blues with just Gary Cahill as a recognised centre-back, unless they revert Branislav Ivanovic back to the central position.
