Swansea City star, Wilfried Bony, is in advanced talks with Manchester City.
The Ivorian, who scored the most goals in England in 2014, has reiterated his desire to play in the Champions League, and with City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Liverpool all interested, it was likely that a move would take place this month.
As earlier reported, Bony didn’t want to move to Liverpool amid fears they’d miss out on the top-four this season, but according to Sky Sources, the striker is already in talks with Manchester City.
If Bony does arrive from Swansea, City would have five top strikers on their books (Sergio Aguero, Eden Dzeko, Stevan Jovetic and Alvaro Negredo) all being at the club currently, with the latter on a season-long loan at Valencia.
However, with Aguero’s recent injury record, signing Bony could be a great bit of business from Manuel Pellegrini.
Swansea want around £30million for the Ivorian.
