Cesc Fabregas has now overtaken Blues Legend Frank Lampard by notching up his 103rd Premier League assist in Chelsea’s 4-2 victory over Southampton.
The Spain international provided a cross for team-mate Diego Costa’s header in the second half of Chelsea’s win at Stamford Bridge in Game week 34, which has now put Antonio Conte’s side seven points clear at the top of the Premier League.
Cesc is now one clear of former Blues midfielder Frank Lampard in the Premier League’s all-time assist table.
Ryan Giggs still leads the way with 162 assists for the Red Devils, while Fabregas’ nearest current rival is Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, who is just two behind.
