Chelsea have agreed to loan out the Brazilian youngster Kenedy to Newcastle.
Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez has been desperate to secure signings this month as he hopes to add more experienced Premier League players to his squad.
And now Newcastle might have finally made a breakthrough by securing Chelsea star Kenedy on loan for an initial six-month deal.
The Chronicle reports that Kenedy has arrived on Tyneside to undergo a medical and the move should be officially confirmed in the next 24 hours.
The 21-year-old has been photographed arriving at Newcastle station on Monday evening on his way to complete his move.

This news means that Chelsea have almost certainly secured the signing of Roma left-back Emerson Palmieri which is either good news for Chelsea fans or bad news for fans of Kenedy.
Kenedy joined Chelsea from Fluminense in 2015 in a deal worth around £6million.
He has mainly remained on the bench at Chelsea since his move but has shined in some league games and FA Cup games. Head coach Antonio Conte doesn’t seem to be much of a fan as Kenedy has only made five appearances this season.
The move seems to have been confirmed on Wikipedia too with it listing Kenedy’s current club as Newcastle.
Meanwhile Emerson has reportedly agreed on a four-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
