One of the success stories of the 2014/15 season is HNK Rijeka striker Andrej Kramaric, who has sprung into form this season, by scoring 21 goals in just 14 Croatian League appearances.

Croatia are known to grow late blooming, prolific strikers, and Kramaric is believed to be the next man in the line of the likes of Davor Suker, Ivica Olic, and Mario Mandzukic.

The recently capped Croatian Iiternational, who scored against Malta in his second international fixture, has drawn interest from Italian champions Juventus, who will be looking to reinforce their already formidable attack, which boasts the likes of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente.

While Juventus are the front-runners, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedley a fan, and will look to hijack any potential deal for Kramaric.

The Croatian signed for HNK Rijeka from Dinamo Zagreb in 2013.
