According to reports, Porto star Ruben Neves may be on his way to Liverpool or Chelsea this summer.
The 20-year-old has started all three of Portugal’s games over at the European Under-21 Championship in Poland.
According to A Bola the defensive midfielder is set to seal a big-money move away from Porto this summer.
Liverpool and Chelsea are reported to be among the leading contenders for Neves signature.
However, the Premier League duo could reportedly face stiff competition from Italian giants Juventus.
Porto have already sold Andre Silva to AC Milan for an initial £33m this summer.
And A Bola say the Portuguese outfit are apparently now seeking a similar fee for Neves.
He has been at the Estadio do Dragao since the age of eight.
But the youngster struggled for regular game time last season, making just 18 appearances in all competitions.
There are still two years left to run on his current contract.
