According to the failing Sun, the Blues boss is apparently confident for signing Juve midfielder Claudio Marchisio this summer.
This is despite an alleged offer being already rejected by the Italian side.
The reports say that Juve boss Max Allegri is keen to make some signings this summer, but needs some funds which will come from the sale of Claudio Marchisio.
And the report says the Juve manager isn’t too pleased with Claudio Marchisio performances and is happy to offload the player.
And because Conte has managed him before, the mainstream media uses that to link him to the side that Antonio Conte is currently managing.
And as usual, no one has confirmed this officially, not Juve, both managers, Claudio Marchisio himself or his agent.
I can’t find anything anywhere that Conte said he is confident.
Report is highly likely just made up.
