Chelsea recall striker Bamford
Chelsea have recalled the loan of striker Patrick Bamford from Burnley.
The news comes ours after reports linking star striker Diego Costa away from Stamford Bridge.
It’s been reported that the forward has had a bust up with Antonio Conte about his fitness- and has been targeted for a big money move from China.
Bamford had been on loan at Burnley but has so far this season made 5 substitute appearances.
But now he’s heading back to Chelsea, as potential cover if Costa left.
Burnley tweeted: “Patrick Bamford has ended his loan spell with Burnley after being recalled by parent club Chelsea.”
