Chelsea could soon part ways with Raheem Sterling permanently, as Arsenal is reportedly eyeing a £25 million deal for the winger.
Chelsea Looking to Offload Raheem Sterling in January for £25m

Sterling, who joined Arsenal on loan at the end of the summer transfer window, has struggled to make a lasting impact since his move to Chelsea in 2022 from Manchester City.
Despite being labeled as an “amazing player” by former manager Mauricio Pochettino, Sterling hasn’t lived up to expectations at Stamford Bridge, and his future now seems to lie elsewhere.
Chelsea are keen to reduce their wage bill and offload players who no longer fit into their long-term plans, and Sterling’s massive wages make him a prime candidate for a permanent departure.
According to reports, Arsenal values the 30-year-old winger at around £15 million, but Chelsea is looking for closer to £25 million to finalize the deal. This would mean Chelsea could sell Sterling for significantly less than they paid for him.
Mikel Arteta, who has a history with Sterling from their time together at Manchester City, is said to be a big fan of the player.
However, Sterling has yet to make a significant contribution to Arsenal, failing to score or provide an assist in the Premier League so far this season.
With other wide options available at Chelsea, including younger talents, moving Sterling on could benefit both clubs in the upcoming transfer window.
This potential deal signals Chelsea’s continued efforts to rebuild under Enzo Maresca, while Arsenal seeks experienced depth to strengthen their title push.
