Jose Mourinho ready to make changes

Chelsea are eyeing a January transfer swoop for Benfica pair, Goncalo Guedes and Talisca.

The reigning Premier League title-holders, who reside in 16th in the top-flight, may be forced to wait until the summer months until they can sign the Benfica duo.

Chelsea Need Investment

Chelsea have been scouting the forwards, with the West Londoners’ in need for reinforcements in their attacking depth, with Diego Costa and Loic Remy both failing to impress this term.

The London Evening Standard claim that Jose Mourinho is planning to make his move for Talisca and Guedes.

Benfica currently sit fourth in the Portuguese first division, eight points behind rivals, Sporting Lisbon.
