According to reports, The Blues are keen on Marseille’s 16-year-old defender Boubacar Kamara.
The centre-back is only 16-years-old and has already been made captain of Marseille’s reserve team.
Around the media circuit there has been a lot of speculation that a number of clubs are very interested in him including Paris St-Germain and Borussia Dortmund.
The reports say Chelsea are favourites to sign Kamara if he opts for a move to the Premier League.
Marseille reportedly are in fear they could lose him because at 16 he has not yet signed a professional contract and could decide to do so elsewhere.
