According to reports, Blues manager Antonio Conte is set to replace midfielder Cesc Fabregas with Paris Saint-Germain star Javier Pastore
The Argentine has been attracting interest from many clubs in Europe since joining the French side from Palermo in August 2011.
Reports indicate that the Chelsea boss is going to send Fabregas out on loan and is looking to bring in the South American sensation.
Cesc has been out of action since September due to a thigh injury and is hoping to earn his first team spot back between now and Christmas to convince Conte to keep
However, Conte has refused to comment on these rumours.
