According to countless reports, Chelsea are interested in signing Paco Alcacer from Valencia in the January transfer window
It has been reported by numerous sources that the Blues will now have to pay at least £50 million to secure the services of the Spanish striker.
Chelsea also paid Liverpool Football Club £50 to sign Fernando Torres in January 2011 and we all know what ended up happening there.
However, Alcacer is rated as a very good young striker, and could potentially become a world class player in the coming years.
The 22-year-old has already racked up 10 caps for Spain and will be a key player for them at the upcoming Euro 2016 finals.
The youngster also scored 11 goals and created 24 chances in 32 La Liga appearances he made for Valencia last season.

While signing the Spaniard Star would be a good decision for Chelsea, Some say he is simply not worth the £50m.
