Chelsea are in advanced talked to sign highly rated 21 year old winger, Christian Atsu from Porto in a deal worth £3.5 million. Atsu is in his last year of his contract and would be free to sign a pre-contract agreement in January, Porto look set to let him go this window as the youngster has stated he does not want to sign a new contract.
Atsu has been linked with Liverpool and Tottenham, he has been capped 16 times by Ghana and has earnt a reputation of being a rapid direct winger and is one of the most sought after young players in Europe.
Atsu has made 17 appearances for Porto scoring 1 gol, he spent the 2011-2012 season on loan at Rio Ave making 27 appearances and scoring 6 goals.
