The Belgian striker has been in superb form this season whilst on loan at Goodison Park, scoring 12 goals in his 22 Premier League starts.

However, his performance on loan with Everton have still not impressed Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, who despite being desperate to sign a striker this summer, is willing to sell the 20-year-old.

The Blues have informed Everton that they can sign Lukaku but only if they either pay his ÂŁ25m valuation or pay half and add midfielder Ross Barkley to the deal.

England international Barkley has quickly become one of the Premier League’s top performers this season and Chelsea boss Mourinho believes he is the perfect long-term replacement for Frank Lampard.

Whilst, Everton boss Roberto Martinez is keen to make a move for Lukaku, it is thought he does not want to see Barkley leave the club.
