West Ham full-back has been superb this season
Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell over the Summer with fears that Filipe Luis may choose to quit the club.
The Brazilian has struggled to settle at Stamford Bridge and is unhappy with the amount of first-team football he is playing under Jose Mourinho sparking speculation that he may return to Spain at the end of the season.
If that is the case, Chelsea have already found their ideal replacement and it’s from Upton Park as they seem interested in Cresswell.
The 25-year-old has had an impressive season for The Hammers after moving from Championship side Ipswich Town, and after scoring a superb free-kick yesterday against Stoke City, speculation about his future has mounted.
However, with looming interest from Chelsea and Manchester City, officials at West Ham are keen to tie him down to a new long-term deal in order to fend off the interest from the two English giants.
