Former Chelsea keeper CARLO CUDICINI is set to return to Stamford Bridge a part of Conte’s new team in a bid to help his fellow countryman adapt to the Premier League.
Cudicini made a whopping 216 appearances for the Blues in his 10-year campaign at the club, and it is reported that he is currently linked to the club as one of their newest ambassadors.
Carlo has also been one of the goalkeeping coaching staff for the Republic of Ireland’s Under-21s.
The Italian has also earned his Uefa B Coaching Licence while studying with the FAI, which is Ireland’s football governing body, .
Conte, who is currently in charge of Italy, will take over Chelsea after Euro 2016.
However, the Italian has never worked outside of Italy, but ex-Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti believes he is the ‘obvious choice’ to rebuild the club and bring success back to Stamford Bridge.
