Chelsea have reportedly launched an offer for Shakhtar Donetsk striker, Douglas Costa, ahead of the Summer transfer window.
The Blues have been tracking the Brazilian for the past 18-months ahead of a potential transfer bid, and according to reports, a move could happen at the end of this season.
It’s believed Chelsea got in touch with Shakhtar over January but were told no deal could take place halfway through the season. However, they were told that a deal could happen over the Summer, so it’s believed the Premier League side will renew their interest in the next few months.
According to reports, Chelsea have already made an initial bid for the striker ahead of the Summer window, but the Ukranian side are wanting around £22million for the star.
