According to the Metro, they have come to the conclusion that Chelsea are ‘considering a surprise transfer move for Liverpool striker Christian Benteke if they fail to land Romelu Lukaku.’
To that I say…Really?
Day after day, speculation, guesses and media outlets just plain making the stuff up, who else is tired of it? me too, and i’m a sports journalist!. So with me you get the truth, none of these lies and speculations from Journo’s that earn 10 times the amount I do just to tell you this crud, with me you get the inside scoop on what is true and what is just plain, bull…well you know.
Ok lets have a look at this story to come out of the Metro.
Apparently if the Blues cannot land Lukaku they are happy to settle for Benteke?, Anyone else finding this hard to swallow?
So the Blues are on the lookout for more support upfront for Diego Costa, (no confirmation on that either), However, according to this reputable source Chelsea ‘fear they could be priced for the £65million-rated Everton star, How they know that they ‘fear’ being outbid is amazing, the club must have got on the phone and told everyone how scared they are…C’mon!
Anyway…
It gets better, Benteke has apparently been on Chelsea’s radar in the past, but can someone confirm this officially though?, nope!
So realistically, no-one has stated officially this is true, not Chelsea, Not Liverpool, Not Benteke or even the Strikers next door neighbor, NO-ONE!
