Chelsea are plotting to use Cesc Fabregas to aid a proposed move for Barcelona defender Gerard Pique.
The 27 year-old is a prime target for Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City, with Chelsea hoping to land the deal ahead of their Premier League rivals.
And Jose Mourinho is planning to use Pique’s former Barcelona team-mate Cesc Fabregas, to convince the Spaniard to move to West London.
Pique has somewhat fallen out of favour at Barcelona in recent months, with new Barcelona manager Lus Enrique, opting to play Jeremy Mathieu ahead of Pique.
And this could leave the Spanish international on the brink of an exit.
