The Blues are on the lookout for a few additions on this Transfer Deadline Day
Chelsea have today seen an undisclosed bid for Rafinha turned down by Bayern Munich, according to reports.
The Blues are currently still on the lookout for new additions, with new defensive reinforcements believed to be a big priority.
Rafinha was seen as a good player to try and sign by the club, as they look to add strength in the right-back position. Antonio Conte was hopeful a deal could be pulled off for the Bayern man too, with the player not featuring much in Germany.
However, despite his lack of gametime in the Bundesliga, Chelsea have seen their bid for the player turned down.
Chelsea may decide to increase their offer for the defender to try and prise him away from Bayern before the deadline tonight but they are likely to have other defensive targets lined up too.
The Blues are also believed to be on the lookout for another central midfielder and so will have to move quickly to wrap up any deals before the deadline today.
Danny Drinkwater has been linked with a late move to Stamford Bridge but Leicester are seemingly unwilling to let the Englishman leave.
