Chelsea have begun talks with club-legend Didier Drogba as they plan to bring him back to Stamford Bridge as a player-coach.

The reports have suggested that Jose Mourinho is keen to give the Blues legend one last chance in the spotlight at the West London club, before making him part of his coaching team once he decides to retire from the professional game.

Drogba, who left Chelsea after winning the Champions League for them, has been applying his trade in Turkey for Galatasaray, but his contract expired this Summer, and how is now planning his next move, with clubs in Qatar keen on signing the Ivorian.

However, the striker is strongly considering a return to England, and with Mourinho desperate to add strike-power to his side, the 36-year-old could be an ideal short-term option.
