Chelsea are set to open talks with Real Madrid goalkeeper Diego Lopez after the Spaniard was told he can leave the Bernabeu.

With Keylor Navas signing from Levante, Real Madrid have decided that Lopez’s wages is too expensive to be third-choice keeper, and Mourihno who signed the 32-year-old for the club, is said to be keen on working with the player again. However, any deal will depend on whether Petr Cech departs from Stamford Bridge, but it is understood that PSG and Monaco are interested in the keeper.
