Dressing room isn’t a happy place at Stamford Bridge

Eden Hazard has admitted the Chelsea dressing room isn’t a happy place at the minute following their dismal start to the new Premier League campaign.

After winning the title just a few months ago, the Blues are currently 14th in the table following just four wins out of the first 14-games and Hazard has admitted that the players are not happy at all.

Hazard himself has come under questioning for his performances, and he’s admitted that things haven’t been good enough from him personally and from the team as well, but he’s stated that the mood in the dressing room is a real issue.

Speaking about Chelsea‘s season so far, Hazard admitted that the mood at Stamford Bridge isn’t great, but he was also quick to deny reports of a rift between him and the manager Jose Mourinho.

Players Are Unhappy

“When results don’t follow, you always try to nit pick,” he said. “He’s not happy and that’s normal when we’re not winning.

“Us, the players, are not happy either. But there are no problems between us.”

Hazard had a meeting with Mourinho earlier in the season to discuss his preferred position, with the Belgian keen on playing as a number-10, but the manager hit back by saying he isn’t suited in that position.
