Oscar on his way out of Stamford Bridge?
Chelsea are ready to sell Brazilian playmaker Oscar as they prepare to make a shock move for West Ham United star Enner Valencia.
The 23-year-old’s future has come under pressure in recent weeks after Jose Mourinho openly criticised him for a below-par performance in a recent Chelsea game, which has led to transfer speculations.
The Brazilian suffered from a mid-season dip this time last year and it appears that it’s happened again with Mourinho recently dropping him to the bench in replace of new January signing Juan Cuadrado.
Premier League Interest
According to reports, Liverpool are interested in luring Oscar away from Stamford Bridge and to Anfield, and with Mourinho’s recent comments, a deal could be arranged.
It’s believed that Mourinho is showing interest in Hammers star Valencia, who has had a superb debut season in England.
However, with West Ham’s recent dip from top-four challengers to mid-table, Valencia could be seeking a move away to a bigger club and if Chelsea’s interest turns formal, a deal could be on the cards.
