Chelsea are ready to offer Manchester United a final bid for Wayne Rooney thought to be £40 Million pounds. Chelsea believe if they bid this amount it could guarantee them the signing, Rooney currently has two years left on his Manchester United contract.
According to reports Jose is extremely keen to land the Englishmen this summer, although if it all falls through he may make a move for Lewandowski who looks set to stay at Dortmund for at least another season. Jose wants to add more depth and quality to his Chelsea side before the deadline on September 2nd.
