Premier League side Chelsea are plotting a loan-move for unsettled striker Radamel Falcao.
According to reports, Falcao, who only moved to AS Monaco in the Summer, is feeling unsettled in France and is keen to make a move elsewhere whether it be on loan or a permanent move.
Jose Mourinho has been desperate to land a world-class striker since his return to Stamford Bridge and this news may give him a boost in his hunt for Falcao as they now prepare a loan-bid for January which will see the striker remain at the club until the end of the season.
However, The Blues will face serious competition from Mourinho’s former-club as Carlo Ancelotti is keen on bringing the 27-year-old back to Spain.
Reports in Spain are suggesting that Falcao has asked the club for a loan move in January and this is due to a contract issue which sees the striker earning half of what he signed for.
The 27-year-old was expected to earn around €14m-a-year, but he’s currently earning €7m.
