John Terry Heading For Exit?

Chelsea defender John Terry is being linked with a move abroad, with clubs from Turkey and China reportedly interested.

The former England captain has been the victim of some defensive tinkering by Jose Mourinho, this season, the Blues boss mainly going with Gary Cahill and Kurt Zouma.

But the Premier League champions have had a poor start to the season, and Terry was again on the bench for Tuesday night’s Champions League game with Porto.

With Terry’s contract up next summer, and a regular start no longer guaranteed, the he may well decide to move on.

Turkey and China Keen

There are rumoured to be plenty of takers if he does decide to go, not least from Turkey and China.

Terry visited China last summer on an ambassadorial tour, where he is thought to have gained the attentions of several clubs there.

Fenerbahce of Turkey are also said to be keen.

Terry, if he does go to China, would not be the first Blues star to head to the Far East. Strikers Nicolas Anelka and Didier Drogba have also tried their hand over there.

According to the Daily Mirror, several Chinese clubs have already enquired about the availability of Terry when his Chelsea contract does expire.
