The Blues just have to confirm the deal
According to reports, Chelsea under 21 centre forward Joao Rodriguez is set to follow former teammate Stipe Perica through the Stamford Bridge exit door.
Perica joined Serie A club Udinese on a permanent deal yesterday, whereas Rodriguez is set to join Colombian side Santa Fe on a loan contract.
The 20-year old signed with the Blues back in 2012 after he impressed their scouts at the 2011 South American Under 15 Championships, but he has failed to make a single first team appearance for the Premier League club.
Rodriguez has already been loaned out SIX times since joining Chelsea, meaning Santa Fe will be his seventh loan spell once the West Londoners confirm the deal.
