Tottenham complete Fernando Llorente signing
Chelsea Football Club had been favourites for Llorente’s signature for weeks, especially given that he played for Antonio Conte at Juventus before
Spurs agreed a fee with Swansea of close to £15million as well as a two-year contract with the Spain international signing just prior to the window closing on Thursday evening.
Llorente underwent a medical at Spurs’ Enfield training base earlier this morning.
Tottenham pushed for Llorente on Wednesday and eventually completed the deal just minutes before the deadline
