Reports coming out today are saying Chelsea target and Southampton ace Cedric Soares has been spotted in West London
Speculation linking the star defender with a move to Stamford Bridge has increased lately as we head into the final week of the summer transfer window.
Defending champions Chelsea reportedly offered £15m for the Portuguese defender as Conte desperately looks to bolster his defensive ranks, which have been somewhat depleted following the exit of John Terry, Nathan Ake and a few others.
The 25-year-old is repoted to be keen on a move to Chelsea, however, Southampton are not too keen om approving the sale, Chelsea are also interested in Virgil Van Dijk and Ryan Bertrand.
Chelsea are yet to make offers for that duo but that could change in the final weeks of the transfer window, although Conte is eying alternative targets.
There’s been no confirmation from the mainstream media on what he is doing in West London, Only that he is there.
