Blues set for £7m profit for the forward
Chelsea are set for a transfer kitty boost, after reports indicated they will receive £18m from Fiorentina for the transfer of Mohammed Salah.
Salah moved to the Viola on loan from the Stamford Bridge club on loan in January, as part of the £27m transfer the other way of Juan Cuadrado.
According to reports, the Serie A club have already paid £1.5m to make the transfer of Salah permanent in the summer.
And a further £9.5m was rumoured to be paid in the summer.
But according to the Telegraph, the fee will actually be doubled, meaning the Blues will get £18m.
This means a profit of £7m on Salah, who was signed for £11m from Swiss side Basel over a year ago.
