Galatasaray boss says bids haven’t met their estimations

Turkish side Galatasaray have told Chelsea they have to up their bid if they want to sign Alex Telles.

The left-back is on The Blues‘ radar as a potential replacement for Filipe Luis, who left and rejoined Atletico Madrid earlier in the summer.

Telles is one of three on Chelsea‘s wishlist, with Danny Rose and Baba Rahman considered the other two options, with the latter officially signing yesterday.

However, Gala boss Hamza Hamzaoglu has confirmed that bids for the full-back need to be improved if they are to sell.

Bids Needs Improvement

“We have not received a bid which matches our valuation for Alex Telles,” he said.

“Therefore we have not allowed him to leave. If a bid comes in close to our valuation we will consider selling.”
