Newcastle United, Leicester City and Watford all interested

The Daily Mail claim Newcastle, Leicester and Watford are all interested in taking 20 year old Nathan Aké on a season-long loan.

With first team opportunities limited at Stamford Bridge, the defender is said to be keen on seeking pastures new.

After the blues made a bid of £20m for Everton defender John Stones, Aké is said to have become more disillusioned with life at Chelsea and fears José Mourinho’s transfer-policy could hold him back.

Loan Spell

The versatile defender who can play at left back or as a defensive midfielder was shipped out on loan to Championship side Reading last season.

It is believed Chelsea would only be interested in loan deal rather then allowing the Dutchman to leave on a permanent deal.

Aké joined the Blues from Dutch side Feyenoord in 2011, most of his appearances have come at youth level, however Mourinho has given him some a total of five senior league appearances.
