The 19-year-old Chelsea starlet Wallace is on the verge of joining the Italian side Inter. And according to the youngsters agent, Frederico Moraes, has an agreement already been reached between the two sides. Wallace has at the same time agreed terms with Inter about the one-year loan deal.
