When it comes to players, Chelsea can call upon some of the greatest players in world football, spending millions to prize the player to join them, as seen recently, with the signings of Mohammad Salah, and Kurt Zouma.

The West Londoners have the Russian Roman Abramovich to bank roll them to success, throwing money at top talent, left, right, and centre.

Chelsea currently sit in contention for a Premiership title, with Mourinho’s men in full throttle.

However, Chelsea have loaned out several of their young talent, who are currently plying their trade all around the European League’s.

The likes of goalkeeper Thibault Courtois, who has been on loan at Atletico Madrid for three seasons, while the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Patrick Bamford playing in England for Everton and Derby County respectively.

In face, the Stamford Bridge side could field a whole team of players currently out on loan.

The likes of England youngsters Ryan Bertrand and Josh McEachran are also out on loan from the Bridge.

Bamford netted 17 goals in 27 games for the MK Dons last season, and has since moved to Derby County, were he has continued his fine form at Pride Park, and scored a superb goal in the draw away at Blackburn last Saturday.

Youngster Bamford scored goals for fun in League One for fun in Buckinghamshire, now he’s doing the same in the second tier. At Chelsea, he’d have been playing reserve team football.

Victor Moses and Marko Marin have also been thrung out on loan, with Moses impressing at Liverpool, as the Reds push for a Champions League spot.

Amazingly however, those players have contributed goals to their clubs, which amounts to 85 goals scored this current season, in the new generation of Chelsea players.

The Championship is also a happy hunting ground for Blues youngsters, with Nathanial Chalobah thriving with Nottingham Forest, Bamford at Derby, and of course Josh McEachran, who has spent loan deals at Middlesbrough, Watford, and now Wigan Athletic.

Both Chalobah and McEachran are seen as long term suitors for Terry and Lampard.

Belgian keeper Courtois is now his country’s number 1 keeper, ahead of Simon Mignolet, with the young shot stopper in fine form for Madrid, he is seen as the man to replace Petr Cech.

The Keeper has already won the Copa Del Rey, and the Europa League whilst in the Spanish capital.

Romelu Lukaku has enjoyed yet another fine spell out on loan, this time at Everton, with the big man scoring 9 goals this current campaign, the striker scored 17 last season for West Bromwich Albion.

Here’s how a loan team could line up……

                                                      Courtois

                      Chalobah                                         Omeruo

                     Wallace                                            Bertrand

                               Romeu                   McEachran

                        Moses                                             Marin

                           Lukaku                 Bamford.

Chelsea seem to have quite a bright long term future.
