Chris Hughton feeling uncomfortable

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton is angered by the recent racism controversies. He is dissapointed, sad & angry that he has to put up with racism in the modern game. Recently Hughton has been verbally abused online and Norwich have vowed that any fan found guilty of racism would be banned for life. Comments on social websites have been made about the Norwich manager.

During all of this UEFA has punished CSKA Moscow for racism from their fans towards Manchester City player Yaya Toure. Hughton feels uncomfortable about being the only black manager in the Premier League and he feel Racism should have been stopped by now.

Chris Hughton said: “Regards my own situation I am disappointed, sad and angry, it is all of those emotions”

“It is not something I should have to deal with, but it is something I am having to deal with”.

“It is in the hands of the appropriate authorities and I am quite sure the correct action will be taken”.

The Norwich manager feels that harsher punishments are required.

Chris Hughton said: “I think most of the penalties these days seem to be fines. Fines are easily paid by the bigger clubs
