Chelsea winger completes another loan move
AFC Bournemouth have made their third signing of the Summer with Chelsea winger Christian Atsu joining on a season-long loan.
The 23-year-old wide-man joined The Blues back in 2013 after agreeing to leave Portuguese side FC Porto, but after failing to impress in West London, he has been sent out on loan since his arrival in England.
Atsu Loan-Spells Away
Atsu has spent loan spells at Vitesse Arnhem and more recently Everton, and it now looks like he’s set for another year away from Stamford Bridge.
Recently-promoted Bournemouth is the next step for Atsu as he looks to play regular first-team football in the Premier League.
Eddie Howe‘s men have already signed two players this Summer as they prepare for their first ever spell in England’s top-flight, with Artur Boruc from Southampton and Adam Fedrici from Reading joined earlier this month.
The loan deal has been agreed between the two clubs and now just needs Premier League approval before the clubs can officially announce the deal.
