Manchester City are prepared to spend over £150 million this summer to improve their squad next campaign.
City are reportedly after a world class player to add to their already talented squad, as they are currently looking at a season without a trophy.
Manager Manuel Pellegrini has set his sights on Juventus’ Paul Pogba and Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling. The club want to be back winning trophies, including an eventual Champions League glory.
Pogba is valued at around £85 million, whereas Sterling is believed to cost about £50 million after his future at Anfield looks doubtful.
However, the Sky Blues will face competition for both targets. Especially Pogba, who is admired by Arsenal, Chelsea and his former club Manchester United.
