Burnley have completed the loan signing of Chelsea starlet Nathaniel Chalobah, their second of transfer deadline day.
The 19 year old can play at either centre-back or centre-midfield, and has signed with the Clarets until January. He has become the 22nd player to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
“Nathaniel Chalobah has today joined Burnley on loan until 2 January,” a Chelsea statement read.
“The move gives the 19-year-old his first opportunity to gain top-flight first-team experience.”
The England Under-21 international has previously been on loan at Watford, Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough.
