Cristiano Ronaldo has claimed he feels Juventus is more of a family than Real Madrid.
The Portuguese superstar moved to Turin in the summer as Juventus spent a whopping £100m to bring him to Italy and since then he has seamlessly settled to life in Italy. The 33 year old failed to find the net in the first three games in Serie-A but has contributed pretty vigorously since then.
Six goals in 15 top flight matches may not be enough to prove his credentials but his influence has been immense so far as he has helped the team’s cause to remain undefeated in the Serie-A so far.
The former Madrid forward has hailed the homely atmosphere at the club. “It isn’t right to name someone specific but I can say that this is the best group in which I’ve played.
“Here, we are a squad, elsewhere, some players feel bigger than the others. Instead, here, everyone is on the same level, they are humble and want to win.
“If [Paulo] Dybala or [Mario] Mandzukic don’t score, they are still happy and you see them smile.
“For me, it is beautiful, to feel that difference. Also at Madrid they are humble, but here I feel that sense more.
“It’s very different to Madrid, here it is more of a family.”
