Dani Alves will have a tough decision to make come January time. The defender will be out-of-contract in the summer and he has been targeted by Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea.
The 31-year old is able to sign a pre-contract agreement with a club now, but Barca haven’t ruled out selling him on for a fee in January, or even keeping him. But, according to the Braziliian’s wife, it looks like hsi time at the Nou Camp is over.
She said: “If the club [Barcelona] wanted to renew Alves they would have done it already. I would not do things they way they have.” She also added that there was a choice of where to go next for Alves, saying: “We will leave the suitors until December or January… then we’ll decide who to marry.”
So it looks as if he will more than likely be leaving Spain by the end of the season. The question is – where to next? With Liverpool, United and Chelsea all chasing his signature, he has a big choice to make in the winter transfer window.
