Manchester United have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Porto full-back, Danilo, according to reports in Portugal.
Danilo, who is also a target for Spanish side, Real Madrid, has been linked with a move to Liverpool, a transfer which may have suffered a blow following interest from Manchester United.
Liverpool had previously been favourites to land the highly-rated 23-year-old, though rivals United are now in contention according to Portuguese publication, A Bola.
His current deal at Porto expires next summer, and is yet to agree a new contract with his current club, and currently has a £36 million buy-out clause.
