David De Gea is demanding a new £350,000-a-week deal to stay at Manchester United, according to The Sun.

The Spanish international joined from Atletico Madrid in June 2011. He has made 302 appearances for the club so far.

He’s witnessed Alexis Sanchez and Paul Pogba arrive at the club recently on big-money deals. He also feels that he should be earning more.

The Spaniard signed a new 4-year deal with the option of another year in 2015 after his move to Real Madrid collapsed on deadline day. The keeper is yet to agree to that 1-year extension deal. The Red Devils are hoping that De Gea will remain at Old Trafford for more years.

Madrid have maintained their interest in the shot-stopper, but De Gea is said to be willing to stay at Old Trafford for an improved deal.
