Manchester United goalkeeper has said yes to Spain move

According to reports, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea wants to leave the club in order to join Spanish giants Real Madrid.

The European Champions have been strongly linked with a move for the shot-stopper after yet another superb season for him at Old Trafford, and it’s believed he’s already agreed to a move back to Spain.

The former-Atletico Madrid man is dreaming of a return back to Spain even though it means playing for his old-rivals.

According to Spanish journalist Josep Pedrerol, De Gea wants the move to Madrid and is waiting for the two teams to agree a deal.

De Gea to Madrid

“David de Gea has said yes to Madrid,” said Pedrerol.

“The Manchester United goalkeeper wants to wear the white of Real Madrid from next season.

“The club considered many options for the goalkeeping situation but have decided on De Gea.

“And David de Gea is clear… he wants to be the Real Madrid goalkeeper.

“One of the problems had been the future (or not) of Iker Casillas but this is no longer an impediment to the signing of De Gea.

“Only an agreement between the clubs is lacking.”
