Former-Manchester United manager, David Moyes, is keen on signing Burnley striker, Danny Ings, for his new side Real Sociedad.

The Scot was sacked by The Red Devils in April after failing to impress during his short stay at Old Trafford, and now applying his trade in Spain, he’s ready to raid the Premier League for some of their talent.

Ings has been a stand-out performer for Burnley as they struggle to survive in England’s top-division, and Moyes could be ready to sign the striker in the Summer on a free transfer once his contract expires at Turf Moor.

According to BBC, Ings has signed a pre-contract agreement with Sociedad, meaning he will join them on a free in the Summer, denting Liverpool’s hopes of signing him this month.

Brendan Rodgers was keen to sign the 22-year-old today in order to add more goals to his side, but it looks like the ex-United boss is set to annoy Liverpool fans once again.

Rodgers and Liverpool have been boosted with the return of Daniel Sturridge from injury, but the lack of goals from their other strikers is still a real concern for The Reds.
