According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has agreed personal terms with the Chelsea Football Club
Apparently he has agreed to a five year deal at the Bridge which would see him earn £5.2m-a-year and that’s before any add on’s and bonuses.
The Blues did had a £51.2m opening offer rejected, However, Don Balon say Real Madrid want at least £64m for the forward.
Antonio Conte is speculated to come back with an offer the La Liga side can’t refuse and will make Morata with most expensive Spanish player, but we will see, Like you I don’t believe most of the bullhide that these over paid journalists claim.

Morata was apparently a top priority for the new Chelsea boss and when he agreed to take at the Bridge, it was said he made it clear to owner Roman Abramovich that he wanted the Forward.
Just last month Real Madrid triggered a buy-back clause in a deal that took Morata to Juventus in 2014.
This means they are set to make a huge profit on on the star forward as they first sold for £17m and then went and bought back for £23m.
